Australia post is our shipping carrier for orders within Australia.

If you ordered a pre-order item, your whole order will ship out when your pre-order item arrives. If you do not want this; please create 2 separate orders or contact us on contact@prettylittlegifts.au.
All parcels are insured with $100 AUD - Please let us know via email or store chat if you would like to raise the insurance.
DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT
Pretty Little Gifts uses Australia Post to ship packages. For parcels damaged in transit, an investigation by Australia Post is applicable with insurance up to $100 AUD subject to the results of their investigation.
Pretty Little Gifts will do their best to provide a fair compensation dependant on the amount of damage shown. This compensation can come in the form of a partial refund (with or without store credit) dependant on the damage incurred. For domestic orders, this can also come in the form of returns or repair.
LOST GOODS
Pretty Little Gifts is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that is caused by the shipping carrier.

TAXES AND DUTIES
